RESULTS Plastic clever schools’ international day action (15/11/2024) .

After surveying our school and collecting the plastics, we inventoried our trash and bins. In our school, therefore, the first place in the single-use plastic waste is yogurt packaging (since we often eat it in our breakfasts) and water bottles.

Tampons and hygiene items are the majority of the plastics in the toilet.

In the staff offices, the proportions are equal in the various plastic objects,
while in the classrooms, the largest percentage of plastics are pens.

Most of the plastic trash we collected was plastic films and small plastic bottles. In our school we recycle the plastic (paper, glass etc as well) so the trush we found was probably transfered from other places by the air.
