Our Campaign in Action
- Posted on: October 31, 2024
So, what next in our campaign? We are looking at ways to eliminate single use Pritt Sticks in school. One idea is to have refillable liquid glue sticks on tables which will reduce plastic greatly. Secondly, we would like to reduce plastic in school lunches. At our Christmas Fair this year, we are going to make and sell beeswax wraps to wrap sandwiches in rather than cling film. We will also produce an information leaflet for parents promoting plastic free lunches and reusable water bottles.
