USH Plastic Clever Schools Action plan
We have worked hard at USH to come up with a comprehensive action plan that tackles the problem plastics at our school. We have plans to build a plastic bottle greenhouse to reuse plastic bottles and to allow students to grow their own vegetables, promoting plastic free living. We are approaching our canteen to stop sale of plastic bottles and encouraging all students and staff to bring a reusable bottle. We are tackling plastic pens with recycling points and eco alternatives. On top of all of this we also have lots of exciting plans to tackle plastic waste in general, and improve USH’s plastic footprint.
