This video shows the journey of how we are tackling plastic pollution at our school.
Sports Day Clean up
After the annual Inter-house Sports Day at Harrison College the students of the Environmental Club cleaned up the garbage that was left behind when the festivities were over. The types of plastics that were found included: bottles, streamers, food containers and cups.
School Assembly for the International Day of Action Against Plastic Pollution
The students of the Harrison College Environmental Club organised an impactful school assembly aimed at raising awareness about the critical issue of plastic pollution. The event featured engaging presentations, thought-provoking discussions, and interactive activities, all designed to educate the student body on the environmental dangers of plastic waste and its far-reaching effects on ecosystems and wildlife.
