Our children spent one hour in the dining hall over lunchtime to tally up the number of items used. They also spent time talking to the office staff and popped into the staff room to find out more information. Each class teacher completed a form to let us know how many items on the audit list they used in their classrooms each day. FRom the results, we created an action plan.
