We have done an audit of plastic used in our school. We have discovered that the biggest use of plastic is not single use, but still disposable - whiteboard pens. There are some good strategies in our school, like the stopping of selling plastic water bottles and the use of a machine to sell juice in bottles that students bring themselves. We need to find some recycling for these pens which are a huge waste of plastic.
