Heath have worked incredibly hard to eliminate/reduce our plastic this year.
We have:
- reduced single-use plastic in the kitchen
- encouraged reusable water bottles
- recycled crisp packets
- made our rubbish into art
- been on litter picks
- we then used the litter we found to make boats for a recycled boat regatta (Woodbridge ReFLOAT Regatta)
- switched to biodegradable glitter
- reduced the number of glue sticks used per class
We will continue to look for ways to reduce our plastic use, and already have some plans for next academic year!
