We have placed recycling boxes in every classroom- all clearly labelled with what should go in them. We used old boxes from the store cupboard as well as printer paper boxes, decorated by eco club. There are separate boxes for: paper/card, plastic, batteries, pens and glue sticks.
Recycling from each class is taken daily to the school main recycling area. Pens are taken weekly to Ryman pen recycling box by Eco club members and batteries are recycled at local recycling plant.
