We identified that whiteboard and flipchart markers were one of the biggest problem plastics in our school - over 1800 of them are ordered every year!
So we researched more sustainable options, and came across Stabilo wooden whiteboard and flipchart markers. These are about 5 times more expensive than a standard marker pen BUT they last 5 times as long as they don't dry up.
We presented our case to the Head, and she agreed to make the swap 🙂
